This is one of my most favorite chocolate cake recipe..very simple and you'll love it too.. it is the best moist chocolate cake that I love to use whenever there's an order for c.cake.
Moist Chocolate Cake
2 Cups flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Oil
1 Cup boiling water
2 Eggs
1 Cup buttermilk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbs baking powder
Mix all in except for the boiling water. Whisk it for one minute then add in boiling water. Baked in 150 degree celcius for 60 minutes. Wallaaa....Later u may cover it with ganache or chocolate buttercream or anything u like...
