NaSi TuMpANG

Does anyone know about this nasi tumpang?? Except kelantanese..most of my friend in from other states of country does not know anything bout this cute nasi tumpang. hehehe...true it is cute. One of my friend call it it an alien frog and another call it Nasi Siput..hahaha..comel isnt it? Nasi Siput..who would hv come with that?? but the name sounds suitable tho.. :P ...but my mom will surely say..panda manda la pulok nasi sipuk...nasi tupey laaa..sebab dio brehi nupey...hahahhaha...

 

So this is the Nasi Tumpang..for kelantanese..am sure most of us familiar with this delicacy. Why does it called NASI TUMPANG? It is actually same concept with nasi himpit or ketupat. The rice was compressed into a so called ''kelongsong'' or mould made of banana leaf, than filled in with several type of other delicious lauk.  In KL..in is truly hard to find one. Ussually, I dont like nasi tumpang..since i was small, If people serve me with this nasi tumpang..i wouldnt eat. I'd rather stay hungry to death than eating this nasi tumpang. And I will go mad if anybody ask me to eat one. I said, never in my life I will ever eat this. But..see now..never thought that, this Nasi Tumpang evolved into something that i can say ''EAT ABLE'' for me. :D 

And YES-I EAT -NASI TUMPANG now. But only the one that specially ordered from one of this famous Nasi Tumpang aunty in Kubang Pasu Kota Bharu Kelantan. Her name is Nik Zakiah..and her Nasi Tumpang is I can say.....WOWWWW....''DREAM ABLE'' hehehe.. price is somewhere around $4.50-5.00 now. This one need to be specially order coz she wont make this one to be sell at Pasar or anywhere else.

 

And why do i like it and how come it can be eatable to me??...first because she put chicken in it..and the serunding she use is serunding udang..got mackerel fish or ikan tongkol or ikan tenggiri and gulai udang and telur. See....how many lauk u can get..a lot right? U gottA TASTE TO KNOW IT..CAKAP BANYAK PON X GUNA..UNLESS UR IMAGINERY SKILLS COME WITH TASTE BUD..HAHAHAHAHA...adios..

Been very busy and totally got no time to update my blog. Even tho each and every minute have been thinking of writing so many story to get my blog update..yet failed to do so. Am  not gonna tell bout how busy i was with my comprehensive exam, or with my family gathering and what not (ooppss..i just told u guys..hehehe) but I'll just upload some of pictures of my xtvts. :)

Have A Dessert........ A Red Velvet Cuppies

I Kept this Recipe for quite sometimes. Given by a good friend. She wanted me to have her awesome recipe after knowing tht I eager to learn how to bake this so called '' love-cake"..due to its vivid red colour. Plus with its yummylicious cream chesse. The cream cheesse I use my own recipe. And indeed, as what she said..the cake is soooooooo soft and delicious. It's nothing like i ate somewhere else before. Totally a different one. A homemade...surely way much much more better...Underneath..is just a-try-out. So I made it cuppies version. I want to see how it goes..but I tell U...it's awesomely delicious...

Whatever Pudding

 

seriously..if u look at it..U never gonna think that it is super duper delicious..bukan nak perasan but..my sister said so to me. It was happened unexpectedly where, I suddenly feel like eating chocloate moist pudding. So, I straightly walk to my freezer, then get whatever the stuff tht i havr inside it..assemble them togheter..then wallaaaaaaaaa...a SUPER DUPER MOIST YUMMY CHOCOLATE PUDDING. Dont ask me the name..coz i just dont know what to call it. And also dont ever ask me the measurement coz i simply dumped everything that i have just like that. So here, I can only tell u what the ingredients of it... It is made by the assemblages of ....2 eggs, chocolate powder, horlicks, sugar, and powder milk. Plus a bit of hot water than mix it together with the eggs. Than, just before u shove it into oven, simply throw in few marshmallows and  oreo chocolate biscuit. That's it. Then serve it hot with ice-cream and caramelized peaches..on top of it. Yummy.

Owhh..forgot to tell ya..cook it under 230 degrees for 1/2 hour. It'll come out moist and spongy!

Surely you wont regret!!I'm not promoting it coz I wont get anything out of it..but it's just that I would love to share it with all of my friends on how to prepare a good cook for your family and friends..Go ahead lovely ladies..mesmerize your family with the touch of your golden finger...

Asam Pedas Tetel Kambing..Sangat Sedap..A Gastronomical Tease!

Yummy of the day..a truly my things. Well..as indeed my favourite meat will always be lamb..and the only food left in my freezer before i went back to my hometown last few days..guess what..Hey..of course L.A.M.B!! . So..since malas nak keluar for groceries..all i can ever think of is.. of course..asam pedas tetel but this time i''ve used lamb for the meat. So..alrite here's the view to all of u meat eaters!!

Out and about with lovely crazy friends. Went out to place where I've been wanting to go for so long..and makea colek sea food...yesss..itu lah yang sgt best!! @ Pantai Cinta Berahi or Pantai Cahaya Bulan (changed after PAS took over..hehe..no more berahi..berahi okeyyy..). This beach used to be one of a beautiful beaches in East Coast of Peninsular. But soon after the PAS took over, everything were kinda stricted. No tourist are allowed to sun bathing or wear bikini/swimsuit on this beach. I remembered, when I was kids, me n my family used to go to this beach, and we can freely wear swimsuit or bikini during those days. And there are a lot of people gathered on this beach. We were picnic-ing and lots of laugh too. But now, the beach became a bit dull and lame. Not developed at all and erosion's taking over..maybe soon..we cant see the beach anymore..The place becoming more dangerous these days..but nobody's to blame. I love what PAS hv done too..at least it's for the sake of all of us...
