Kelantan whattt?? Hahahahaahaha... I was actually craving for Laksam. But all i hv in my fridge after few times runsacking..i found tht..none of those ulam and stuff to make laksam itself inside my keep. So..I only managed to cook the kuah laksam..only and Spaghetti as the substitue of the original laksam. But guessed what..it turned out to be something new..and it is soooooooo delicious..the picture speaks for itself. Serious sedapp..x tipu..hehehe..siap ade poached egg lagi. Kuah tu, guna ikan parang..and selayang..sangat manis isi dia and sgt sedap. Tapi semua tu main campak2 ikut tangan..so tak tahu next time buat..can get this right or not..tp boleh kut...Ulam pun mixed of western n kampung punyer ulam...Mint, olive and tomato, mix dengan bunga kantan, daun kesum and serai..just to get the taste of laksam...
