BANOFFE PIE....Sweets for Sweet People


A friend asking about this Banoffee Pie..but am sure she knows how to do this coz she's good in baking too. Kan? Kan? Hahaha..

Well..my recipe of Banoffee is a very simple one. But one thing for sure, you gotta prepare the toffee cream earlier so that you wont have to wait so long to get it done.  All you need to have ;



Banoffee Pie


A can of condensed milk
3-4 bananas
Whipped Cream
Digestive biscuit  or Any of your choice (but I prefer using butter cookies or milk cookies..)
Butter



1. Prepare the toffee filling. Double boiled a can of condensed milk. I usually will do this by simply leaving it inside my oven for about 2 hrs. After the milk caramelized, leave to cool.


2. Prepare the base by crushing all the biscuits and mixed it with melted butter. Pressed it inside the baking tin then leave to chill.

3. Spread the toffee filing ontop the base then layer with bananas. And then, layer it again with toffee filling.

4. Final, Spread the whipped cream on top of it and sprinkled with grated chocolate or maybe can use cocoa powder instead.
