| Simply prepare all the ingredients; tumeric, chillis, lemongrass, tumeric leaves, asam keping, sugar and salt. Owh..not to forget the chicken. But I suggest not to remove any of the skin, coz it will drain off the juicy juice of your chicken. :) Only to remove it when u r about to eat! |

| Gather all ingredients. U may possibly marinate them for a while. Then..simply cook it in your pot. let them be there until the water about to drain. Then add in another 2 cups of water. |
